My initial game idea which was fleshed out in the my media document was about a hero that goes to find a magical sword in cave to save his village for the neighbouring evil elves. My tutors found the concept too generic or simple.
I’m deciding to keep the fantastic setting, in this revision of the story the hero goes on adventure to find a hermit who said to be a wizard in hopes to be taught spells making him a more powerful. On the adventure he would have to travel through the woods, a bridge and a mountain with has hazards.
I new mechanic I want to add to the game is a Guitar Hero-esque gameplay mode when learning a spell. This gameplay mode will replaced the running with the parts of the floor falling down section.
